Electromagnetic effects and observation of heavy narrow resonances
Description
A formula for the cross section of production of a resonance in e+e--collisions valid to all orders in the electromagnetic interaction has been obtained. Its application to the recently observed narrow PSI-resonances allows one to define more precisely the resonance parameters as compared with the formula of the first order in α
