  • 1. Medical College of Fudan Univ., Shanghai (China). Zhongshan Hospital

Description

To evaluate cerebral blood flow perfusion SPECT imaging in SLE brain involvement, cerebral blood flow perfusion SPECT imaging was performed in eighteen SLE patients and 11 controls. The results were analyzed by vision and semiquantitative comparison. Five of them performed CT and/or MRI scan also. The sensitivity of SPECT imaging by vision and semiquantitative analysis was 67.7%, and 70% respectively and only 20% for CT scan. Cingulate gyrus and temporal-parietal was most involved area under unpaired t - test. The sensitivity of cerebral blood flow perfusion SPECT imaging was high, but lack of specificity
