Description
In the framework of minimal SU(2)LxSU(2)RxU(1) gauge theory, the correct KM matrix cannot be obtained from the Yukawa section under horizontal symmetry for an arbitrarily large value of the top quark mass. In the following, we will demonstrate that, without horizontal symmetry, the KM element Vcb may accommodate a large top quark mass
