A trial usage of microprobes for improvement of a scanning SQUID microscope

Description
A scanning SQUID microscope is a powerful tool for direct observations of vortices. Magnetic sensitivity is high enough, but spatial resolution is limited by the size of pickup coils. To improve the spatial resolution, a trial usage of microprobe on the pickup coil was achieved. Obtained images are expanded about four times, and the attached microprobe acts as a magnetic lens
