A new low-temperature modification of TlBi(MoO4)2

Description
Polymorphism of TlBi(MoO4)2 has been studied by the methods of high-temperature X-ray diffraction and differential thermal analysis. A new low-temperature modification of the compound has been prepared. It has been ascertained that it is crystallized in monoclinic crystal system with unit cell parameters as follows: a = 10.900(1), b = 10.495(1), c = 7.731(1)A, β = 130.922(3), sp.gr. C2/c, Z = 4. Bearing in mind the results obtained, state diagram of system Tl2MoO4-Bi2(MoO4)3 has been corrected
Abstract (Russian)
Методами высокотемпературной рентгенографии и дифференциального термического анализа изучен полиморфизм TlBi(MoO4)2. Получена новая низкотемпературная модификация этого соединения. Установлено, что она кристаллизуется в моноклинной сингонии с параметирами элементарной ячейки: a = 10,900(1), b = 10,495(1), c = 7,731(1)A, β = 130,922(3), пр.гр. C2/c, Z = 4. С учетом полученных резщультатов проведена корректировка диаграммы состояния системы Tl2MoO4-Bi2(MoO4)3Additional details
