Some regularities of neutron flux distribution in the BN-600 reactor

Description
Method for detecting azimuthal distortions in neutron field of the BN-600 reactor based on results of measuring the control rod worths is suggested. It is shown that azimuthal distortions up to 3% of the average value are possible if neutron field in BN-600 reactor is formed and controlled according to common method. The conclusion is made about the necessity of additional investigations in order to change the method of the BN-600 reactor neutron field regulation
