Creators
Description
The paper discusses the apparent overestimation, or at least the huge uncertainty in the estimation, of the alleged Soviet uranium stockpile (excluding military material), the possibility that at least part of this stockpile could be dumped onto the international market causing instability, and the socio-economic implications in the Soviet union, i.e., the importance of keeping the people working at least in this ministry to reduce the probability of unrest
