Rational procedure for radiation monitoring in NPP areas

The procedure of radiation monitoring of the environment in NPP areas based on mathematical simulation of observations according to schemes of Latin squares and cubes is described. The techniqUe permits to obtain ob ective data on radiation situation of the groUnd part of the external zone and cooling basins at NPP. Statistical processing of the initial data is compUterized with the use of standard algorithms. Analysis of radionuclide contents in the medium ob ects is based on applying criterion for estimation of deviating values, F- and t-criteria. Practical application of the technique is disclosed on the example of radiation monitoring in the observation zone of the Beloyarskaya NPP during one year and in dynamics dUring several years
