Description
With the theory mechanics method, the Spring-Ball model is simply equivalent to the system of irradiation capsule structure. Moving on the contact surface, the balance of the Spring-Ball is related with extraction force, surplus size, friction, spring stiffness and shape of the contact surface. The theory resolution of the Extraction-Insertion force is solved by making the balance equations of this Spring-Ball model. Comparing with the Finite Element Analysis, the analysis with theory resolution is better at the optimizing structure design, the sensitivity of the related factors. (authors)
