Observations of structures in four pion invariant mass in antiproton-4He and antiproton-:3He annihilation (Streamer chamber data, PS179 experiment at LEAR)

Description

A sharp structure at 1150 MeV/c2 in the π+π-π+π- system invariant mass is seen in the final state of antiproton -4He annihilation at 0.6 GeV/c incident momentum and of antiproton-3He annihilations at rest. These onservations are confirmed by data on antiproton-4He annihilations at rest obtained in the Obelix (PS201) experiment
