Detection of primary-to-secondary leaks in pressurized-water nuclear-propulsion reactor plants

Description
Accumulation of tritium in the primary circuit coolant of the transport NPP is considered. The results proving the possibility of its application as the reference radionuclide for monitoring the intercircuit density are obtained. The sensitivity of the tritium radiometric monitoring method for determining the primary circuit coolant leaks at the NPP full capacity operation and in the stand mode is evaluated

Рассмотрено накопление трития в теплоносителе первого контура транспортной ЯЭУ. Получены результаты, подтверждающие возможность его использования в качестве реперного радионуклида для контроля межконтурной плотности. Оценена чувствительность радиометрического метода контроля трития для определения протечки теплоносителя первого контура как при работе ЯЭУ на мощности, так и в стояночном режимеAdditional details
