Description
Radiation spectra of relativistic electrons and positions when moving close to crystallographic planes in different crystals (light and heavy elements), are calculated. For potentials, the Moliere approximation is used with respect to thermal oscillations. The effect of multipolarity on radiation spectrum and spectrum dependences on conditiops of particle beam flight into crystal and collimation of the photon beam are considered. Anharmonism compensation of interplane potential for positrons due to radiation multidolarity is found. The comparison of radiation spectra of positrons and electrons is made. Radiation of both ohanneling and superbarrier particles is accounted
