On the monotonous row of elements

Description

A monotonous series of elements, based on the bond energy in the condensed phase in which the elements are arranged in the order of increasing atom bond energy irrespective of the type of the chemical bond and the crystalline state of the substance, has been found. Simple bodies in superconductive state are located on the presented diagram near a point from which stem exponential expressions for describing all kinds of phase transitions originate. The coordinates of this point correspond to the enthalpy H0 approximately 2 kcal/g-atom at T0 approximately 1 deg K. The diagram enthalpy of simple bodies vs. temperature will serve as a basis for working out the theory of the calculation of the physicomechanical properties both of simple bodies and of multi-component systems and may be used for developing new materials with specified properties
