The 3Ga2S3-EuLaGa3S7 system

Description
Ternary system La2S3-Ga2S3-EuS system is studied along 3Ga2S3-EuLaGa3S7 section by the methods of physicochemical analyses. It is determined that the section is of eutectic type and is quasibinary section of the ternary system. Solubility on the basis of both components is determined. Методами физико-химических анализов изучена тройная система La2S3-Ga2S3-EuS по разрезу 3Ga2S3-EuLaGa3S7. Установлено, что данный разрез эвтектического типа является квазибинарным сечением тройной системы. В системе выявлена растворимость на основе обоих компонентов.
