Paper studies single-loop corrections to the efficient actions in three-dimensional and four-dimensional electrodynamics within H external magnetic field with μ chemical potential and zero temperature. In both cases the exact expressions for an oscillating constituent of the inert gas thermodynamic potential of relativistic electrons are obtained at H, μ ≠ 0. 20 refs
