Description

The paper describes tissue-equivalent proportional counters low-pressure (TEPC) designed to study and to certificate neutron fields, for radiation monitoring system and accelerating-accumulating complex. The results of the conducted studies prove the application possibility of TEPCs to investigate into dose characteristics of over 100 keV average energy neutron fields and enabled to carry out metrological certification of the IHEP neutron backing-up fields. 8 refs.; 2 figs.; 1 tab
