Description

Investigated are pyroelectric activity and dielectric parameters of ZTL solid solutions with perovskite structure (specimen porosity is equal to zero) of sup(0.98)(Pbsub(1-y)Srsub(y))(Tisub(1-x)Zrsub(x))Osub(3)x0.027Zn(Bisub(2/3. Mnsub(1/2))Osub(3) composition within the range of measuring field frequency and thermal flux frequency of 36-103 Hz within 293-773 K temperature range, as well as the coefficients of thermal diffusivity. It is shown, that piesoceramics of PCS-type has high pyroelectric properties, preserved within a wide temperature range. Found is the zone of solid solutions of rhombohedral modification, in which γ increases and epsilon and d31 creases with the growth of x. The coefficients of thermal diffusivity of ZTL base solid solutions within the range of x values from 0.2 to 0.7 decrease linearly from 0.U06 to 0.0035 cm2/s and they do not depend on strontium additions. Obtained is an essential low-frequency dispersion of electric conductivity in the segnetophase, which should be necessarily taken into account in developing pyroelectric sensors of heat pulses of different duration
