Description

France Nature Environnement's Photoscope is a positioning aid tool for ground-based photovoltaic projects. Composed of a booklet and a multi-criteria analysis grid, it is a complete tool for understanding the challenges of solar energy in a territory and participating in territorial dialogue. The Photoscope allows to: discover or deepen knowledge of the issues related to photovoltaics; facilitate dialogue with territorial actors; position itself in relation to a specific project for a photovoltaic park on the ground in its territory. The first half of the booklet presents the position of France Nature Environnement on photovoltaics, at the heart of energy, environmental and social issues, and contains all the useful information to build its position and participate in the dialogue on the development of solar energy in a territory (steps, regulations, access to information, etc.). The second half details the criteria to be taken into account to build its positioning on a specific project, identifying for each good practices and/or points of vigilance

Abstract (French)

Le Photoscope de France Nature Environnement est un outil d'aide au positionnement sur les projets de parcs photovoltaiques au sol. Compose d'un livret et d'une grille d'analyse multicriteres, c'est un outil complet pour s'approprier les enjeux du solaire dans son territoire et participer au dialogue territorial. Le Photoscope permet de: decouvrir ou approfondir sa connaissance des enjeux lies au photovoltaique; faciliter le dialogue avec les acteurs territoriaux; se positionner par rapport a un projet precis de parc photovoltaique au sol dans son territoire. La premiere moitie du livret presente la position de France Nature Environnement sur le photovoltaique, au coeur d'enjeux energetiques, environnementaux et sociaux, et contient toutes les informations utiles pour construire son positionnement et participer au dialogue sur le developpement du solaire dans un territoire (etapes, reglementation, acces a l'information...). La seconde moitie detaille les criteres a prendre en compte pour construire son positionnement sur un projet precis, en identifiant pour chacun des bonnes pratiques et/ou des points de vigilance
