The evidence for scaling in the mean in the reactions π-p → [γ/π0]+X at 5 Gev/C

Description
The noninvariant distributions of longitudinal and transverse momenta have been studied in the reactions π-p → γ + X and π-p → π0 + X at 5 GeV/c.It has been shown that in the variables psub(L)/< Psub(L) > and psub(T)/ the shape of these distributions does not depend upon the initial energy and the multiplicity of secondary charged particles. The analysis performed shows the extension of the validity region of scaling in the mean both for the energy range (5-300 GeV) and for the type of particles
