The modern liquid scintillation counter
Description
Recent developments in instrumental techniques and electronics as applied to automatic liquid scintillation counting systems are reviewed. Methods of sample handling, programming, machine-user conversion methods and external standardisation techniques involving digitised spectra are considered. Recently introduced methods of two-phase monitoring and spectral analysis are described. (U.K.)
