Repulsive interaction between In and Ag impurities in palladium host

Description
We have demonstrated in this paper that the repulsive interaction between impurity atoms in a dilute alloy can be studied precisely in a microscopic manner. The impurity-pair formation was discussed by Blandin and Deplante for noble metal hosts only. No predictions, however, have been made concerning dilute alloys of transition elements. (orig./TW)
