Compositon of primary cosmic rays up to energies of 50-70 TeV/nucleon according to positive excess of cosmic muons at sea level

Description

Analysis of the experimental data on the positive excess of cosmic ray muons at sea level shows that the composition of the primary cosmic rays remains invariable up to energies of about 50-70 TeV/nucleon. The theory agrees with the experimental data throughout the whole energy interval from 1 GeV to 5-7 TeV, if the next model for pion and kaon generation in the atmosphere is used: particles of different signs are not generated during nucleon - air core interactions in such a way as during nucleon - proton interactions; the relation of pions with different signs found by one of the QCD models in generation, when nucleon interacting with the air core, coincides with this value obtained using the calculation normalization for the experiment of the positive muon excess at 3 GeV and doesn't contradict to the experimental data on proton-beryllium interaction obtained in experiments at accelerators
