Description

This presentation outlines the development of a small modular reactor by the Ultra Safe Nuclear Corporation (USNC) in Canada. The reactor is developed for off-grid and remote locations and will use ceramic micro-encapsulated nuclear fuel. It is designed for safe; clean; cost-effective energy with no refuelling for 20 years. It is currently the leading small modular reactor in the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) licensing process.
