Structure of layers in KhN67VMTYu alloy doped with laser treatment
Description
Using continuous CO2-laser, the alloying by chromium and cobalt of the KhN67VMTYu alloy surface layers has been realized.Using the methods of micro- X-ray diffraction analysis, scanning and transmitting electron microscopy, the dependence of geometric parameters of alloyed regions on regimes of laser treatment, the distribution of alloying elements over the region depth, as well as morphology and crystal structure of phases formed in alloyed layers, are studied
