Characteristics of ultrastructure changes in breast cancer depending on rhythms of radiotherapy

Description
The ultrastructure of breast cancer was similar to normal breast cell. In cancer, especially ductal and low-differentiated, the number of cells with spontaneous necrosis was small. Radiotherapy caused appearance of injured nuclei and cytoplasm, which were especially prominent at radiotherapy with large fractions. After radiotherapy both injured and poorly injured cancer cells were observed
