Description
Software is developed for a computer-based alpha-spectrometer with semiconductor detectors. The software allows to calculate the intensity of alpha-spectrum lines, including the cases when the device resolution is much higher than the energy interval between the groups of alpha-particles being determined. In particular, when the resolution is 25 keV and error - 5-8%; it is possible to determine the content of 239,240Pu in a plutonium source recovered from NPP spent fuel
