Effect of mercury segregation in CdxHg1-xTe under laser pulse annealing
Description
Formation of the sharp maximum of mercury concentration at low (0.2 μm) depth from irradiated surface under the effect of multiple pulsed annealing of CdxHg1-xTe (x = 0.2) crystals by YAG:Nd3+ laser radiation was confirmed directly in experiments. 10 refs. 4 figs
