Interaction of molybdenum (5) and iron (3) in hydrochloric acid aqueous solutions
- 1. Kazanskij Gosudarstvennyj Univ., Kazan (Russian Federation)
Description
Redox interaction in the system Mo(5) and Fe(3) was studied. The possibility of quantitative (99.84%) reduction of molybdenum (4) by iron (2) in the medium of 11.0-13.0 mol/l HCl is shown. Parameters of accumulation and concentrational stability constants of chloride complexes of Fe (3) in the range of HCl concentrations of 0-11.0 mol/l are determined. Parameters of accumulation and concentrational stability constants of heteronuclear complex forms that occur in the absence redox interaction are calculated, as well
