Plasma frequency and transport coefficients in YBa2Cu3Oy with different oxygen content
Description
Experimental investigation of the transport properties and plasma frequency in YbBa2Cu3Oy at y=6.35-6.97 is carried out. It is shown that the plasma frequency value depends weakly on the oxygen content whereas the Hall coefficient value is increased substantially when y decreasing. On the base of a proposed model is fulfilled the plasma frequency analysis
