Radioprotective effect of WR-2721 on haematopoiesis in mice. 2

Description
The radioprotective effect of gammaphos (WR-2721) on the haematopoietic recovery in mouse bone marrow and spleen singly irradiated with the dose of 8 Gy was studied. The rate of erythropoietic and granulopoietic recovery was more rapid in protected animals than in unprotected. In spleen significant differences were seen until postirradiation day 30. (author)
