The influence of experimental conditions on the efficiency of labeling human serum albumin with sup(99m)Tc, using Sn(II) as the reductant

  • 1. Rijksuniversiteit Utrecht (Netherlands). Analytisch Chemisch Lab.

Description

The influence of the pH and of the albumin and Sn(II) concentrations on the efficiency of labeling human serum albumin with sup(99m)Tc has been investigated by means of a 4 x 3 x 3 factorial design, with duplication. The equation, describing the response surface as a function of the three investigated variables, has been derived. This response equation is used to find the optimum labeling conditions and in a discussion of the chemistry of the labeling. (author)
