Description
The influence of the pH and of the albumin and Sn(II) concentrations on the efficiency of labeling human serum albumin with sup(99m)Tc has been investigated by means of a 4 x 3 x 3 factorial design, with duplication. The equation, describing the response surface as a function of the three investigated variables, has been derived. This response equation is used to find the optimum labeling conditions and in a discussion of the chemistry of the labeling. (author)
