Excitation energy of the second excited state of 12C

Description
The excitation energy of the second excited state of ¹²C is measured to be 7655.2±1.1 keV. The current best value, including the present work, for the 3α-¹²C(7.65 Mev) Q value is 380.1±1.0 keV.NUCLEAR REACTIONS ¹²C(p,p)¹²C measured Eₓ of ¹²C(7.65 MeV).
