Electron scattering on magnetic barriers

Description

The scattering of nonpolarized electrons on magnetic barriers is considered. In the case when the heterostructure contains two magnetic barriers, due to resonance penetration between them, the possibility to obtain a 100 percent spin polarization of penetrated electrons is investigated
