Description

In measurements, fulfilled in 1991 by the 'Lyulin' instrument on the board of the 'Mir' station, were found appearance and prolonged existence of two additional maxima in the particle flux distributions in the areas, adjointed the South-Atlantic anomaly. It is shown that the maxima are conditioned by fluxes of trapped electrons at high energy (≥10 MeV)
