R&D of a fast timing electronics board for testing SiPMs

Description

A general-purpose SiPM electronics board has been developed in this work. Compared with commercial driver boards, this electronics board has a wider power supply range (20 V–90 V) to suit various types of SiPM. This new board enables cascading batch tests to meet the needs for high-volume SiPM testing procedures. More importantly, the new board can test SiPM timing performance down to a few tens of ps.
