Thermodynamic evaluation of the interaction between the A2B6 compounds and tin chalkogenides

Description
Thermodynamic analysis of chemical interaction in ternary mutual systems on the basis of semiconducting A2B6 compounds and tin chalkogenides is conducted. It is shown that quasibinary are those diagonal cuts, which are formed by couples of semiconducting compounds, having maximum and minimum melting temperatures, formation enthalpies, standard entropy
