Description

Present article of book is devoted to nonlinear statistical theory of condensate of Langmuir plasmons in isotropic plasma. The processes of transfer and dissipation of energy of Langmuir plasmons accumulated in the area of small wave numbers in isotropic turbulence plasma have been considered. Corrections to linear and nonlinear dielectric permeability carried out by low-frequency vibrations under the influence of low-frequency fields have been found.
