Controlling in power supply companies - results of a poll conducted by the 'Controlling' working group of the Association of German Power Stations (VDEW)

The present article summarises the most important results of a poll on the current degree of controlling in power supply companies. It is structured in accordance with the questionnaire used. First the structure of the polled companies and their situation regarding controlling are described. The next section presents corporate aims whose realisation controlling is intended to facilitate. The chapters that follow deal with the concrete implementation of controlling concepts and relate experiences gained with controlling systems. (orig.)

Abstract (German)

Im folgenden Aufsatz, der im Aufbau an den fuer die Umfrage verwendeten Fragebogen angelehnt ist, werden die wichtigsten Ergebnisse der Erhebung zum Stand der Anwendung von Controlling in EVU zusammengefasst. Hierfuer werden zunaechst die Struktur der befragten Unternehmen und ihre Controlling-Situation erlaeutert. Im naechsten Abschnitt werden die Unternehmensziele beschrieben, deren Umsetzung das Controlling erleichtern sollen. Die folgenden Kapitel behandeln die konkrete Auspraegung der Controlling-Konzepte und geben Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Controlling-Systemen wieder. (orig.)
