Description
The specific heat at constant pressure of the Li(17)Pb(83) eutectic alloy, and of LiPb, Pb, γ-LiAlO2, Li2SiO3 and Li4SiO4 has been determined up to 1000 K. Relationships for the data are presented. The transition temperature for Li4SiO4 was measured as 945 K (onset-temperature). The transition itself seems to be a λ-transition. (orig./GSCH)
