Collector-probe measurements of laser-produced plasma parameters at for distances

Description
Electron and ions distributions over velocities is studied by probe and time-of-flight collector methods. Comparison of experimental data with a theoretical model of a plasma expanding in a self-consistent electric field is carried out. It is shown that at distances from a target exceeding dimensions of a focusing region the interaction of electron and ion components is weak
