Count Rate Stability in Spatially Resolved Gamma Spectrometers

Description

• 3DCZT detectors can achieve performance closer to HPGe than any other room temperature detector. • Safeguards applications can take advantage of 3DCZT but only if the efficiency is predictable within 1%. • Some units are shown to have unstable centroids over time and temperature in certain pixels • Other units are shown to have a repeatable temperature-dependent efficiency response.
