Heat treatment of homogenized EhP 742 heat resisting alloy
Creators
Description
The heat treatment process of the EhP742 alloy has been developed comprising the steps of second tempering at temperatures, not exceeding by more than 10-20 deg C the complete γ' - phase dissolution temperature, and subsequent two-stage ageing. This new process for the heat treatment of the homogenized alloy allows to improve both its mechanical properties at 20 deg C and durability
