Determination of impurities in the starting substances for production of HTSC-materials
Description
To estimate contribution of impurities entering the HTSC-materials from the starting substances or during their synthesis the techniques for multi-element atomic-emission spectral analysis of oxides of copper and bismuth, carbonates of calcium, strontium, and barium have been developed with the limits of detection of various elements including Mo, V down to 10-6-10-4 mass %
