Tunable mid-infrared absorption of metamaterial integrated with graphene

  • 1. State Key Laboratory of Modern Optical Instrumentation, College of Optical Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, 310027 (China)

Description

A metal-isolator-metal (MIM) metamaterial absorber with embedded graphene shows tunable at mid-infrared frequency regime. We report tunable absorption spectra of the MIM structure for different Fermi levels of graphene. (paper)
