Description
For a correct identification of the mechanism of dislocation motion in different experiments it is necessary to know the functional type of temperature dependence of corresponding stresses. In internal friction experiments on high-purity molybdenum monocrystals using the composite oscillator technique the temperature dependence of the vibrational strain amplitude is measured and discussed. The results are compared with experiments in the literature
