Description
Object: To facilitate the manufacture of unit bellows tube constituting a vacuum vessel. Structure: A given unit bellows tube is formed by providing a molding tool within a unit bellows tube material consisting of a ring-like member having a plurality of pleat-like projections, fitting a plurality of pleat-like projections projecting from an arcuate wall of a large diameter member and a plurality of pleat-like projections projecting from an arcuate wall of a small diameter member in the inner wall of the pleat-like projections of the unit bellows tube material and spacing the large diameter and small diameter members apart from each other by a predetermined distance by operating adjustment means provided on the large diameter and small diameter members.
