Effect of solid solution composition heterogeneties on the structure and properties of ferroelectric ceramics on the basis of lead zirconate-titanate

Description
Changes in structural characteristics and physical properties in the course of sintering ferroelectric ceramics on the basis of lead zirconate-titanate (LZT) are brought about by balancing concentrations of two solid solutions (with increased Ti and Zr content), owing to high-temperature diffusion of Ti and Zr. For ferroelectric LZT base ceramics with changes in tsp there is a correlation between tmax, values of microdeformations and sizes of coherent scattering zones in paraelectric cubical phase.6 refs., 2 figs., 1 tab
