A quantum calculation of the higher order terms in the Bloch-Siegert shift

Description
The authors present a fully quantum mechanical calculation of the higher order terms in the Bloch-Siegert shift. Contrary to Cheng and Stehle's (1971) QED calculation, the results are in complete agreement with those of semi-classical approaches, as can be expected in the RF domain.
