Averaged stellarator equilibrium with poloidal flow

Description
Grad-Shafranov type MHD equilibrium is derived for stellarator/heliotron with a poloidal flow. The poloidal flow modifies rotational transform profile and Shafranov shift through the currentless condition. (author)
