Description
he purpose of this investigation was to study the effect of different doses of gamma radiation on the availability of phosphates by microorganisms in egyptian soils. Five experiments were conducted namely, 1. Effect of different doses of gamma radiation on the total bacterial count and total count of phosphate dissolving bacteria. 2. Effect of different isolates of PDB-isolated from irradiated soils on Ph and soluble P of liquid medium. 3. Radiosensitivity and identification of the most efficient isolates of PDB. 4.
